Australian breakers have long enjoyed an international reputation for their explosive skills and performative style. Now, Australian breakers have the opportunity to compete on the Olympic world stage and represent their country in new ways. The partnership between ABA and Dancesport Australia is designed to help support top tier level Australian breakers through their journey to the 2024 Olympics.

BBOY/BGIRL REGISTRATION

Bboys/Bgirls must register in order to participate in the Olympic process and have the chance to be a potential candidate to represent Australia for Breaking in the 2024 Olympics. Click here to find out how to register.

The Bboy and Bgirl candidates to represent Australia in Breaking are selected at the beginning of 2023 for the 2024 Olympics and at the beginning of 2025 for the 2026 Youth Olympics.

CONTINENTAL/REGIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS

The first qualifying event for the 2024 Olympics/2026 Youth Olympics where all national representatives compete.

WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS

The second qualifying event for the 2024 Olympics/2026 Youth Olympics where the top Bboys and Bgirls from each continent compete.
